WGA试剂盒

主模板直接扩增法(Primary Template-directed Amplification, PTA)是一个全新的等温全基因组扩增WGA方法，能够覆盖到单细胞基因组>95%的区域，重现性、均一性和准确性均优于传统扩增法，具体体现在变异位点检测的灵敏度和特异性上，降低了测序数据量，方便后续生信数据分析。PTA以其技术上卓越的性能而适用不同的应用场景：

1)单细胞和低起始量样品中准确检测变异（SNPs, indel, SNVs 和CNVs）；

2)检测和鉴定最小病灶残留MRD；

3)全基因组范围内定量评估CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑效果，分辨率可以到每个单细胞；

4)基因组组装和鉴定罕见的不能培养的微生物；
